Delivery Policy

Dobbo delivers in Gorakhpur only, up to 10 km from our kitchen. Everything is prepaid and everything runs on slots.

Slot windows

Each slot has a gate pickup window and a delivery window:

• 12 pm slot — gate pickup window 12:00–12:30, delivery window 12:00–1:00. Orders close at 10:00.
• 3 pm slot — gate pickup window 15:00–15:30, delivery window 15:00–16:00. Orders close at 13:00.
• 6 pm slot — gate pickup window 18:00–18:30, delivery window 18:00–19:00. Orders close at 16:00.

A delivery window is the hour your order will reach you in, not a fixed minute. Orders for a slot close two hours before that slot begins.

Gate pickup

Free. Collect from Next to Reliance Park, Rapti Nagar Phase 4, Chargawan, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, inside your pickup window, and show your order number.

Delivery areas and fees

You drop a pin on a map when you order, and the app shows your zone and fee before you pay.

• Zone 1, within 5 km — free on a box of 2, 4 or 6. A single cookie on its own carries a ₹30 fee.
• Zone 2, 5 to 10 km — ₹50 on a box. A single cookie on its own is ₹80.
• Beyond 10 km — we do not deliver. Gate pickup is still open to you.

How the delivery happens

Orders go out at the start of the window. The person delivering will call you when they arrive. If you do not answer, they call twice and wait about five minutes; after that the order comes back to the kitchen and you can collect it at the gate the same day.

We only leave an order with a neighbour, a guard or at a gate if you tell us to on the call.
