Dobbo collects the smallest amount of information needed to bake your order and get it to you. This page says exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, which you verify with a one-time code we send you on WhatsApp when you check out. It is how you sign in and how we reach you about your order.
- Your name, so we can label your box and know who is collecting it.
- Your delivery location — the pin you drop on the map, plus the house or flat details and landmark you type — only if you choose delivery.
- Your orders: what you ordered, which slot, what you paid, and your loyalty and referral progress.
What we never see
Your card, UPI or bank details. Payments go directly to our payment gateway, which handles them under its own privacy policy. Nothing about your payment instrument reaches Dobbo.
How we use it
To bake and hand over or deliver your order, to contact you if something about your order changes, and to run the loyalty and referral features tied to your account. We do not send marketing messages to your number.
Who else sees it
- Our payment gateway, to take the payment and issue any refund.
- WhatsApp (Meta), which receives your mobile number so it can deliver your sign-in code. We send nothing else to you on WhatsApp.
- The person delivering your order, who sees your name, your phone number and your address — and only for the orders they are delivering that day.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept so we can handle refunds, loyalty and our own accounts. If you want your account and its personal details deleted, email eatdobbo@gmail.com from the address you use with us, or call us, and we will delete them.

We use only what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in and remembering what is in your bag. No advertising or tracking cookies.
