Dobbo is a home-kitchen cookie business run by a single operator in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Placing an order on this website means you accept these terms.

Ordering

This website is the only place Dobbo takes orders. Every order is for one slot on one day, and orders for a slot close two hours before that slot begins. Dobbo bakes a limited number of cookies per slot; when a slot is full, it is closed.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the page where you order, and the total you pay — including any delivery fee — is shown before you pay. Orders are prepaid only. There is no cash on delivery.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. Dobbo never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.

Collection and delivery

You can collect your order at the kitchen gate inside the pickup window shown on your order, or have it delivered inside the delivery window if your address is within the delivery area. The details are in our Delivery Policy.

If Dobbo cannot bake your order

One person bakes everything. If illness, a power cut, a failed batch or a mistake on our side means your order cannot be made, we will contact you and you choose: a full refund, or the same order in another slot. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ingredients and questions

Everything is baked in one home kitchen. If you have a question about what is in a cookie, ask us before you order — email eatdobbo@gmail.com or call us, and we will answer you directly.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code we send you on WhatsApp, so you need WhatsApp on that number. Never share the code with anyone; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. We may close an account that is used to place fake or abusive orders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
